This statement is provided pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. It explains how Adultra (“Platform”) maintains age-verification records for performer images and videos uploaded to our servers.
Adultra hosts (i) profile photographs and (ii) finished video scenes uploaded by verified Producers. We do not allow users to upload content depicting anyone other than themselves unless that individual is also onboarded and age-verified through Adultra.
Independent Producers remain the primary producers of their imagery and video content. Adultra functions as a secondary producer only to the extent we digitize, index, and stream depictions online. Nothing in this statement relieves Producers of their own statutory record-keeping duties.
After a scene passes face verification, its metadata (performer wallet addresses, slot shares, hash fingerprint) is committed to an immutable Polygon smart contract that governs perpetual USDC revenue splits. No personal identifying data is written on-chain.
Primary producers must maintain original photo IDs, model releases, and shoot logs for all performers—even though the Platform stores secondary copies. Producers may not upload content that depicts anyone who has not completed Adultra verification.
Adultra disclaims any 2257 obligation for works not uploaded to—nor streamed through—our infrastructure (e.g., external fan sites or cloud drives). The producer remains solely responsible for those works.
Inspection requests must reference the specific uploader username and asset ID. We reserve the right to require formal subpoena or other legal process where permitted.
This notice may be updated periodically to reflect statutory changes or platform policy revisions.
