Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Adultra Inc. (“Adultra,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you access Adultra.com and related mobile or API services (“Services”). By using the Services you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data. Legal name, stage name, email, profile details, role (Producer/Talent/Crew), and password hash.
• Identity Verification. Government ID images, selfie biometrics, and KYC/age-check results from Veriff. Documents are encrypted at rest in a compliance vault.
• Wallet & On-Chain Activity. We provision a Web3Auth wallet on Polygon. We record the public address plus events emitted by Adultra smart contracts (Studio Reserve deposits, escrow funding, revenue-share payouts). We do not see or store your private keys, nor do we process or hold any government-fiat information.
• Content Uploads & Metadata. Profile images, video thumbnails, filenames, face-match confidence scores, and hash fingerprints.
• Messages & Support Logs. In-platform DMs, support tickets, dispute threads.
• Usage & Device Data. IP address, browser type, referring URL, session cookies, interaction events, and crash logs.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and secure your account; age-verify all users.
• Facilitate bookings, USDC escrow, Studio Reserve locking, and automated revenue-share distributions.
• Run face-recognition to confirm that uploads depict the verified user and to block impersonation or trafficking.
• Send essential communications: payment receipts, security alerts, Terms updates. (Opt-out options for marketing messages are provided.)
• Monitor aggregate engagement to improve features and UX.
• Enforce our Terms, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping).

3. When We Share or Disclose Data

• Smart-Contract Transparency. Your public wallet address and on-chain actions are viewable on block explorers such as PolygonScan. This data is inherently public.
• Service Providers. AWS (S3, CloudFront), Datadog, Postmark, and analytics vendors process data under strict confidentiality clauses.
• Legal or Safety. We may disclose info to law enforcement if we suspect minors, trafficking, or receive a valid subpoena.
• Business Transfers. If we merge or sell assets, user data may transfer subject to this Policy.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use first-party cookies and session storage to keep you logged in and protect against CSRF. Third-party analytics cookies help measure page load and feature uptake. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; core site functions may break if all cookies are blocked.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal data while your account is active. After closure we retain:

• 2257 records for at least five (5) years after last publication, as required by law.
• Blockchain transaction logs (public, immutable) and minimal audit metadata for anti-fraud and tax purposes.

6. Your Rights

• Access or correct profile info anytime in Dashboard → Profile.
• Request deletion of non-statutory data by emailing privacy@adultra.com.
• Opt out of marketing emails via Settings or the unsubscribe link inside each message. Transactional notices are mandatory.

Rights may vary by jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). We respond to valid requests within 30 days.

7. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3; sensitive files at rest are AES-256 encrypted. Access keys follow least-privilege. Despite these measures no system is 100 % secure; use unique, strong passwords and enable 2FA when available.

8. Minors and Prohibited Content

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Reports of minor content trigger immediate removal and are forwarded to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

9. International Transfers

We operate globally; servers may reside in the United States or the European Economic Area. By using Adultra you consent to such transfers. Standard Contractual Clauses safeguard EU data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy; the new version supersedes prior versions on posting. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app banner.
