Terms of Service

Welcome to Adultra. By accessing or using the Adultra website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form legally binding contracts to use the Platform. By using Adultra you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To book, list, message, or otherwise interact on Adultra you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during sign-up and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Payments and Fees

All bookings are prepaid in USDC via our on-chain escrow smart contract. Adultra charges a platform fee that is disclosed during checkout. By funding a booking you authorize the smart contract to distribute funds in accordance with its code and these Terms.

Messaging and Conduct

You agree to use the Platform's messaging tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation of minors, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Adultra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

Termination

Adultra may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion. You may close your account by emailing support@adultra.com.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adultra disclaims all liability for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
